GATE- MAGIC ( Media Arts Gifted Integration Core)

Beginning in the fall of 2019, Cheremoya will be offering GATE students and all others  participation in a Media Arts Technology core program in all grades K-6. 

Over the course of seven  years, students in our MAGIC classes will build skills in technology, the arts and media. The program will focus on Common Core State Standards for technology skills scope and sequence, visual and performing arts content standards and exploration of media.

GATE MAGIC students will produce a school newspaper and yearbook in addition to other pull out enrichment.
